A. We try to make our cleaning services as upfront and simple as we can, so we have developed a flat-rate pricing system that works well and is fair for us and our clients.
Q. What If I Only Want A Few Specific Items Or Specific Rooms Cleaned?
A. We want to offer our clients a service that fits their situation, so we have a flexible “Priority Clean” option and this is done at our hourly rate and performed based on what you would like us to clean.
Q. What Exactly Is Your 200% Guarantee?
A. We will re-clean the missed areas/items within 48 hours, and if you are still not happy, we will issue a refund. In order to be eligible for a re-clean/refund, complaints must be lodged within 48 hours of the scheduled service
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Please note, quality complaints must be submitted within 48 hours of cleaning to be eligible for re-clean or refund.
